  • The company’s name is Connection and in order for one person to be able to represent them, they will need power of attorney from all shareholders.
  • The company name should be signed by an authorized individual in case of more than one owner. This person’s power of attorney allows them to follow the application and also sign contracts with distribution companies if necessary.”

  • In order to start a Limited or Private Company in Pakistan, you will require certain documents. You must submit an incorporation certificate from your state’s governing body that proves ownership of the company shares as well other requirements such at registration with local authorities.”

DISCOs will not entertain any application that is incomplete or vague. Any fake documents submitted for the process will lead to an automatic cancellation of your registration, and legal action against you as well!
